Precognition and Acausality Type Question

I pretty much have a good idea for this but I want to get a second opinion since time stuffs and causality stuff is mostly wacky in fiction

Character A has precog
Character B has precog
Character C has type 2 acausality

basically, Character A precog a place that doesn't exist in the past, present, and future
And yes the place has multiple supporting evidence for it
Character A precog via dreams is precise and accurate but it doesn't work on Character C and Character A cannot see anything at all past or future for Character C
Character B Precog via dreams is the same as character A but can see Character C being involved in something that she cannot completely see or precog.
Character A and B can sometimes precog a dream for Character C but since Character C has Acausal Type 2, these precog don't really do much since he can choose what future or fate and basically immune to it because of type 2 acausal

Now Character A precog origin is unknown but her potency allows her to precog even a place outside past, present, and future
Character B precog origin is from an entity that defines all flows of time, Fate and Causality and is above it and dictates it even causality that is different from normal causality to the point that the origin can choose entities who become Type 2 Acausal. and the dream precognition it grants is something that exists outside or beyond the future.

now comes Character D. Character B precog via a dream that Character D will cause something and almost got consumed by the dream in doing so. Although B is successful. B wasn't able to precog who is that person and what exactly will do to cause it.

Character D type of existence is stated to exist outside the natural laws or cycle

What does Character D get?

Most of these look like hyperbolic language more than anything, precog something beyond even past, present and future is just higher potent precog.

Now D could get at best is Acausal 4, at worst it could be Acausal 2

existing outside the natural cycle and laws yes can be hyperbolic without context. its Context is walls of text regarding beings reborn into higher dimensional existence/plane on a higher position than the 3D plane then their original body becomes avatars of it or higher dimensional concept materialized into the lower plane given a soul and mind and avatar. ignore the higher dimensional stuff since it is still being worked on about its superiority over lower dimensions or if it has R>F difference

the rest also have supporting statements and explanations regarding the flow of fate/time and causality. To summarize it he is a Type 1 Concept that defines the Type concept of Causality/Fate and Time. though since it defines them all he's basically not restricted by it. None of the higher beings that is on the same level as it has interacted with it nor met it.
