Biological Manipulation, I would say. Has this shown to do something else than making cells and organs golden? Some stats amp, purification, or something like that? Is the 'golden cells and organs' literal or more simbolical, like, are they actually golden, or not?

Yeah it an actual Golden and people could see and touch. Just in this context the Golden Aura moving in her body and change her structure and unlock her latest talent and potential.

For now, it can heal blood lost, broken bones, deep wound and etc. It not in the text above but his Golden Phoenix Aura permanently let him broke through realm. For example, his current level is Soldier Realm but his Aura is on Knight Realm then when he in Knight Realm his Aura is in General Realm and so on. It also can turn into Golden Fire with can burn someone beyond his Realm to ashes.

Depends. If he has some type of previous memory, like if he is isekaid, then not. However, if that's not the case, I would say it's fair to give it to him as long as he shows to learn this type or skills fast at least semi-consistently

Both lack spatial temporal feature, but only difference is that type 1 aren't superior to them i nature, while type 2 character are superior to them in nature

BDE2 is naturally existing beyond it , lacking it and superior to it in nature

Looks like knowledge manip, idk what that means, more or less, its not like that character even forgot about the incident she just made a promise so that the information of that specific point in time won't leak out, so yeah
