SPD: Wormhole Since Black DT beats Zeltrax on a regular basis and Cruger assists him in one battle with him, it would be shaky to say that Black DT is on the same level as Cruger.

No, it's pretty clear they are at least comparable. Time and advanced technology have never really affected much of the power levels, and DT is biotech at that. I also find it hard to believe the guy they consider to be the greatest ranger of all time would be that far below Shadow Ranger Cruger

Also, the whole "advanced tech" argument is pretty much bull crap. It's pretty clear there isn't much difference in power between rangers in the past and in the future. If it was, the Sentinel Knight would have just brought in the SPD rangers instead of bringing past rangers during the whole Thrax incident. Timeforce, which is literally 50x farther in the future than SPD, would completely render other rangers like Lightspeed and Wildforce obsolete, but even military like the Silver Guardians can keep up with the monsters to some degree. Heck, there wouldn't be any reason for them to bring the Dino Rangers to the future if they weren't comparable or superior.

Well the Class 10 and Mountain level stuff aren't valid here. They're valid for SF I presume. Class M comes from Conner overpowering a skyscraper sized monster with raw strength.

The Tier 4 stuff was agreed to be downgraded months ago. Since then it was agreed that "At least 5-A" was the way to go.
