While re-watching, I came across a scene where Courage (and Muriel) is hit by a giant tennis playing Alien: https://orig00.deviantart.net/0891/f/2018/120/4/1/couragedurability_by_doctormoodb-dca8k4h.gif in the episode "mega muriel the magnificent"
The attack is strong enough to knock him back to earth with it's strike.
However, later we see the same exact Alien in the episode "1000 Years of Courage" in which the same Alien hits a massive asteroid so hard, that it makes the entire planet spin backwards and rotate: "https://orig00.deviantart.net/5979/f/2018/120/0/0/alienhit_by_doctormoodb-dcaao2n.gif
For context, earlier in the episode a meteor (likely the same one we see here) had hit the earth in such a way that it spun out of control, making it spin around so much that by the time it stopped, 1000 years had passed. The planet earth not only spun around, but it also went around the sun numerous times:

By the end of the episode, the tennis playing giant alien was able to smack the asteroid so hard, it made the entire planet do the same thing, just in reverse (Thus making it go backwards 1000 years so Courage and co are back in their original time before all this happened)
As I said, this is the SAME alien who had struck Courage with it's racket in previous episode, so it might be possible that Courage scales to this.
Also, in the episode "Tulip's Worm", Courage is able to pedal and navigate an alien space ship:

The alien bear instructing him tells him to take a "Left at Saturn" which Courage does as soon as he gets to the planet at 6:32 (Likely saturn due to the ring and the fact that Courage is turning left as he was instructed to)
He was able to pedal it from Earth to Saturn (Which is about 1,200,000,000 km/746,000,000 miles) in about 1 minute, and steer it out of the way once he got there. This would mean the ship was going 44,760,000,000 MPH/Mach 58,851,501/67 times the Speed Of Light (and this was BEFORE he pressed the button to go at warp speed)
He was capable of navigating it and reacting the Saturn and making the turn he needed to make, his reaction speed could be FTL+
Courage has also shown the ability to use Astral Projection: https://orig00.deviantart.net/c361/f/2018/121/f/e/astralprojection2_by_doctormoodb-dcac4qz.jpg
He's also shown skill in Hypnotism in episodes like "Courage Meets the Mummy" (Where he hypnotizes Eustace and Muriel into acting like their past lives), King of Flan (Where he hypnotizes all the people of Nowhere watching him on TV to stop eating Fantasy Flan via television broadcast) and in Aqua-Farmer where he hypnotizes Eustace into being a stronger more confident version of himself, as well as hypnotizing a dolphin and it's training into transforming into a guppy and a lizard https://orig00.deviantart.net/87f9/f/2018/121/2/0/hypno_by_doctormoodb-dcabmtd.gif
I'm pretty sure that what I said can easily be debunked or things can be seen as Outliers, but in the very least I think these are worth looking into.
