Post-Crisis Warworld feat

So what I have discussed with a few people Superman Post-Crisis vs. Goku was said to be "Universe level" by moving Warworld and he said this...

"Superman went into the Sun, charged himself and was able to move Warworld, which was powered by Imperiex, who in turn was powered by the Big Bang, and Warworld was using full power.

There are other feats that put Superman at universe level, but I think this is enough"

I am a bit new, and getting used to this so could this put him at Universe level, or is this false?

Even if it wasn't, it'd still be an outlier.

Universe level Superman (post) sound like a complete outlier, but maybe a little upgrade can come from those scans, but I'm not an expert in superman's feats

I am afraid that we can only gauge that feat as moving Warworld, not as overpowering a big bang.
