Possible "Mortis" key for Anakin?

He subdued the Son and Daughter of Mortis while being empowered by the force nexus.

Should he not therefore be at "At least 4-A, likely higher"?
 
This has been suggested before but was denied a key cause he only has this power on Mortis and has it for only a few minutes not sure if anyone has changed there minds about it ether
 
This was declined because he had it for like... a minute, so it's rather superfluous to have.
