Possible Krillin Downgrade?

Seeing as he took damage from a bullet, wasn't able to speedily stop them, or catch the bullets like Roshi did in Dragonball shouldn't this be a huge downgrade in speed, durability, etc?

Huge outlier and unreasonable low end, unless you're talking about a much weaker version of Krillin.

This is pis imo, even beginning of series krillin could stop bullets and be unaffected by them, plus it's pointless to downgrade him when he surely is going to be getting stronger for the tournament.

I really think you should read up on the concept of outliers.

Tanking bullet shots is something Kid Goku was able to do. Krillin has consistently managed to fight superhuman fighters clearly far above Wall level, and is continously regarded on a similar caliber to vastly stronger people.

Him getting shot is clearly major PIS and should not be taken seriously at all.

The scene itself was PIS, most of chapters like this are; also, not sure why Krillin would fear to enemies like Tamborin (or Pandereta?), he literally can defeate the 60% of the foes showed.

Tamborin was more symbolic as he was the first person to kill Krillin.
