In the end of Kid Icarus uprising in the secret Hades dialogue he hints that he could've deleted the save file if he wanted to (when he still had a body said here at 0:55 so would Hades be upgraded with this in mind?

Yeah, Dark said it all; Hades all of it was just Hades being a gag character. Which we don't take gag statements literally.
