Is this feat higher than high hypersonic?

This feat has been calced 4 times now. (I believe only 2 of them are being considered though)

While the exact number is unknown, an upgrade is most likely going to happen as pretty much all the low ends are getting MHS+.

But anyways, this feat is getting more than enough coverage already, and I don't believe it's necessary to have a 6th discussion forum for this one topic opened.
