Okay, so Porygon-Z should take this quite handily either way.
Porygon-Z can use Embargo to nullify Sonic's Color Powers, and can adapt to anything Sonic can do otherwise. On top of that, Porygon-Z has a lot of versatility itself, and can restore its own health or boost its stats when needed.
Also, its AP and Dura scale to a feat that actually has a calculated value placed on it. So I'm going to assume Pory-Z is stronger.
Porygon-Z with low difficulty.
