Porygon has this, it has so many powers that I don't see how can Mettaton counter (Regenerationn, electricity, adaptation, intangibility)

It is still a close mach, since Mettaton is going to abuse his Disco Ball which I don't think Porygon can find a way to bypass

Mettaton's danmaku isn't going to be easy for Porygon to take on, but Porygon also has some formes of manipulation that mettaton can be vulnerable to. I vote inconclusive.

If Porygon Z deals one hit to Mettaton NEO, it is done. Although, if by some reason, it doesn´t, I would still vote to PorygonZ by reasons stated for Round 1.
