as of now, Human souls are placed at Large Town lv (213 Kilotons) thanks to upscaling the entire underground combined

Mettaton NEO is described to have been made with the exact purpose of killing humans

his page actively mentions this, as justification for City Block placement for some reason

proposing that it just be changed to High 7-C, with the same reasoning as before

(this also extends to Undyne the Undying as she has 99 ATK/DEF, being superior to NEO's 90 ATK)

The 8-B calculation that placed the human souls at High 7-C is being remade, and its creator said it's now 8-C, so it is likely now Tier 7-C, not High 7-C.

Anyway, I still agree with this + Undyne the Undying is filled with Determination (this being what makes humans so OP) and she has the same stats as LV 20 Frisk.

LV 20 Frisk is 2-B? Yes. But not through those weapons, those are merely supplementary stuff, their real power comes from DT remember (and Frisk surely doesn't tank Asriel from just the Armor you get in Pacifist after all).

Undyne doesnt scale to LV 20 Frisk at ll, because Frisk gets 99 ATK and DEF 99 because of the weapons and not because of the LV. Frisk already had these stats at LV 19 when they got the knife and the locket

If you wanna go super technical, a minimally Determined Frisk at LV 20 has 38 ATK, and we ain't making Mettaton EX or base Undyne 2-B too damn.

hmm, is it really out of the question that Alphys just analysed the records of the human/monster war to see how powerful humans can get?

like, the design she cooked up impressed Asgore, who fought in the war and would know firsthand how powerful humans are

and none of her True Lab entries necessarily imply she doesn't already know that humans are powerful. infact, the entires imply that she DOES know how powerful they are

Mettaton can be beaten by a kid with a stick tbh, doesn't sound like humanity threatening machine.
Frisk harms him and takes his attacks anyways so that statement would be an outlier regardless.
