Porygon Downgrade.

Maybe a note on his page saying it can't scale to other Pokemon might help?
Also Pokemon isn't like DB. A Pokemon being stronger than you doesnt necessarily mean they are faster. Porygon hardly ever fights anyone normally, let alone when becoming data. There's no evidence of any Pokemon besides the obvious ones being faster than its true data form. Normal form very likely but not true form. But it doesn't mean Porygon is stronger.

My bad I had to so my comment would make sense since, well, any stat increse for them means all their stats increase IIRC.
