Krypto the Superdog- Dirtbot Speed Downgrade

Just to get to the point here.

Dirtbot really shouldn't have FTL+ combat speed and reactions anymore. as in his first AP justification, he doesn't even react to both Krypto's and Streaky's speed at all, they just land right onto him before he completely folds them into oblivion. And also, I should have to mention that Dirtbot gets completely outran by Kevin and Andrea who don't really seem to be any faster than the average elementary school kid. (Ik this is travel speed, but it kinda stands as he doesn't really have much speed feats of his own) And those said kids had easily dodged a stomp from him. (imgur been a pain in the ass)

For my proposal, I'd say downgrade the guy all the way down to Athletic Human, as it didn't really take him that long to walk from a park to a nearby mineral museum but that's just about it.
