Pol kinda stomps, he has selective intangibility an untouchable sword ghost equal if not greater AP to Marth and his dura and it can even fly to an extent and has displayed decent acrobatics. Sure Marth can curb Pol but he can't when SC can outdo him in almost every category and just phase his sword into Marth within the first few seconds of the match.

I could always allow Marth to be able to damage Chariot to make it more fair if you want.

Well, I completely forgotten about it, but Polnareff never used Silver Chariot's intangibility like that (phasing the sword into someone), iirc
But allowing Silver Chariot to be damaged might be a good idea

Well, now Marth actually has a better chance, but SC is stronger (and I doubt Marth would really expect Silver Chariot at first)

Still side with SC, he's used intangibility before, mostly to phase through a bed and phase through a table in an attempt to harm Joseph. Plus SC's pseudo flight and acrobatics and better AP is helpful here. And there's still the armor which allowed him to tank one of Abdul's best attacks relatively unscathed.
