How does its teleportation, plant manipulation, duplication, and poison work and how likely is it to use them at the start or spam them?

All her abilities are listed in her attacks section. The extent of them are detailed there. She is willing to spam her quick movement skills along with Diamond Storm for range. As such her teleportation and duplication skills will be her priority.

A Beast Man Digimon which has the appearance of a golden fox. Renamon is a Digimon whose relationship with humans is expressed bluntly, so depending on how it was raised during its time as a Baby, it is said that it can evolve to a Renamon of particularly high intelligence. As it is always calm, cool, and collected, it is practiced enough that it doesn't lose that composure in any situation. Its slender, tall appearance excels when compared with other Childs, and rather than Power Battling, it makes sport of the enemy with various arts that use its speed.

Well he can more than likely dodge if not reflect the Diamond Storm, its duplication creates two clones of itself and he's no stranger to fighting more than three opponents at once, though none of his opponents as of KFP2 have been High 8-C. If it's likely to go for CQC before spamming teleportation, he could have a pretty decent chance there, especially if he manages to snag any of its fingers.

Renamon's teleportation is in conjunction with CQC.

He's never faced anyone with teleportation before, but he has fought opponents who are significantly smaller than him and can get around him and attack from unexpected angles that way. If it does come down to CQC I think Po could take this.

Renamon is not sluoch in CQC either just so you know. And Renamon does not power fight. She's a speed fighter who likes to overwhelm opponents with speedy tactics.

Now that I've noticed this, how far into High 8-C is Po?

I've no idea exactly, just that he's above someone who is above baseline.

So he's above a guy who is High 8-C from destroying a Large Building and defeating multiple 8-C's. Dunno how far above baseline that is compared to Renamon. I may have made a mismatch if the gap is too large.

He destroyed it with one casual attack. I don't know if that places him at baseline or above.
