I wanna mention that the undead Army isn't really a factor here, considering that Omega (Xionic Madness) can one shot these people and Po has superior AP to him. And they can only barely harm Po in general so

So, how can she get past Po's ressurection

How does it work?

If it only saves him once, it's not a issue

If Po dies in the mortal world. He gets ressurected and gets back to the spirit realm, which isn't a wincon since Po can simply make a portal back into the mortal world

He uses his hero's chi to return to the mortal realm from the afterlife. It isn't a one time thing.

Without chi, Kary has a large range advantage which she can abuse with ranged attacks, telekinesis, teleportation, flight and a forcefield which harms Po if he tries to hit it and won't break for several hits. Their APs are similar, but I don't think Po will really get any hits here. Spirit Urn sealing probably won't work because Kary is a robot. If she tries to go for CQC Po might be able to BFR her with his superior CQC skill but I don't remember Kary fighting like that.

Kary rarely goes CQC, she only does that when she is forced to

And Kary is more or less a cyborg so

So the spirit urn could work then. Po is probably skilled enough to last long enough to seal Kary's soul, as all of Kary's wincons bar transmutation (which is out of character) take time
