Po can dodge his zoning attacks, zoning wouldn't work especially since Po's chi powers are 2-C in range

however, Fate can counter Po's main attack of banishing to the spirit realm by portals.

Po has ressurection. So if Fate kills po he wouldn't really be dead,

However, Po still has tricks up his sleeve like Transmutation, and Void manip, also, he has soul manip, which fate doesn't resist.

Yeah, I'm voting Po due to more hax, many of which he uses, which can get him the win as well as the fact Po's ressurection fate can't deal with

Also, it wouldn't be multiversal sealing, since Fates range is only planetary.

Final thing, Po actually has the range advantage, since his chi range is actually 2-C
