Pluto the Black Cat

This will be simple.

I propose to upgrade Pluto, the black cat, from the Poeverse. He has a 9-A AP without calculations by incinerating the protagonist's house at the end of the story, but such a feat could generate Low 7-C levels of energy. So, propose upgrading Pluto to that level.

One, the calc is un-updated as if you click on the calc itself it is actually 8-A+.

Two, he burned it down. Incineration (and liquification in the case of this calc) implies turning an entire house to molten rock in one attack. Think Godzilla shooting a beam and wham there's no more house, just lava. That's the stuff that would scale to 8-A+, not burning a house down. In fact this shouldn't even be AP, it should be fire manipulation and nothing else since fire spreads by itself and as long as you put it into enough places it'll take care of the rest and could take down a 2-story house really fast.
