Plus Dark - Izuku Midoriya vs. Kamen Rider Shin

I still fail to see how Deku can restrain Shin even if he goes for the wrists and ankles (which also have spikes, but to a lesser extension) since nothing stops him from just reaching the tendrils, and given the instances above are not enough to stop the vibration spikes. That goes for him binding his whole body as well and him approaching the binded Shin and beating him with physical strikes doesn't seem like a good move since it leaves him vulnerable of being slashed. A better move would be Deku slicing his arms and legs off or decapitating him, although I don't know if he goes for dismemberment during combat.

Counted your votes btw.
One could argue that Deku shouldn't just restrain when he realize those spikes on Shin, he has higher intelligence
And the Danger Sense is really wild too, honestly Employee man take this if you ask me

Thing is, Deku cannot fully restrain Shin enough to not let him use his spikes. If he doesn't resort to Blackwhips, Deku would have to either attack him with the Fa Jin amp and strike him fast enough to overcome his precognition and not let him move his limbs to slice him, or straight up dismember Shin. Deku is not surviving Shin's spikes if he ever falls to his claws, which is why the latter movement seems more effective in my view.
