Player (Catalog Heaven) vs. Maxwell

If both are in character and are willing to kill, then it honestly depends if whether or not Maxwell's innocent personality affects being willing to kill. If so, the Player can potentially get close enough to Rubyhorde him (given that he would probably try to disarm the opponent, as what he would normally try given how most of his opponents utilize weaponry) or if Maxwell decidedly gives himself flight via applying adjectives to himself, the Telamonster's flight negation would consider the notebook as the item/ability that applies it and would delete it.

If Maxwell is willing to try and kill him at the start of the round, then Maxwell writes "dead" and the player gets screwed over.

I won't vote yet, I'll wait until someone clears out how Maxwell goes about the situation.

I think it would depend on if Maxwell immediately applies resurrective to himself at the start of the fight. If not, then I'd say inconclusive. The player would've probably used Crescendo's soul projectile move and Maxwell would've wrote "dead" on the player, resulting in the player immediately dying and maxwell getting his soul stolen from him (and his notebook being deleted right afterwords, as per how crescendo deletes currently held items when its soul stealing effect lands).

If Maxwell teleport, then immediately write with non-corporeal and immortality then he would get resistances to everything that the player have. Note the player can't follow Maxwell since he can't sense him. Since Maxwell is smart, he is likely to do what I said. When he come back, he will win at least with void, mind, biology, disease, radiation, life and death hax. Thus, I am voting for Maxwell FRA.

I'm giving to Maxwell due to supior reaction time and hax, although if Robloxian can hit maxwell even once with Ice Dagger or Hyperlaser maxwell dies on the spot
