While on duty, Reinhard immediately sensed a powerful presence glancing at him from the sidelines. Though disguised as a small, frail-looking lady, the opponent radiated overwhelming danger while exerting barely any magical energy. Without hesitation, he drew his sword and turned to confront her and illness responded in kind.

Rules
1. Illness starts unfocused but can focus herself which massively boosts her perception speed
2. Dragon Sword Reid deems the challenger as worthy and allows itself to be drawn
3. 50 metre distance is used
4. Speed is equalised
5. Rest is SBA

Her win-con is

• Casuality Manip that auto-hits and can instantly hit a target although the later was displayed more by a weaker character with casuality manip
• Layered Disease Manip that pierces through blessings
• Low Godly Regen Nullification

She doesn't resist Existence Erasure or CM Type 2 currently but she resist durability negation

Voting for Illness, Reinhard has some things, probably things like EE or CM (she resists duraneg in Reinhard's case unfortunately), but I feel Illness just has allat (she also can negate LGR so it isn't even a matter "but Reinhard can resurrect tho" or such a cases).

But yeah voting illness. It may be a stomp actually, since no way she will let herself be hit by a one shot slash and seems to have the means to disable it. Meanwhile, her tier is not nerfed so it just takes one hit of anything..

That said her disease stuff is interesting, since it pierces high rank God blessings. Gods have this thing where their authority is still like the law of what their thing governs (like God of stars meaning all stars in the universe). So take that as you will (if I remember that right anyway)

IaP kind of copied Rezero where World Creator God's Authorities makes up the world and its laws in the former setting

A true blessing can only be granted by a God or someone like Alice who is an anomaly and not "Normal"

True Blessings are like "membranes" of the Gods themselves and allows one to resist any status ability which is why illness has 1 layer of disease manip (since she can pierce through it somehow)
