@James_Plays_4_Games @Livinmeme So, what all needs to be added in here, hmm? He should have more or less all of Peppino's abilities but played out differently. There are a couple that I think should be unique to him, like him getting Fear Manipulation out of getting Fake Peppino to **** off and Resistance to Poison Manipulation through drinking an entire barrel of gasoline (maybe a couple other resistances depending on how you treat gasoline ingestion).

The original post and the first reply I posted in this thread took place before any evaluators replied accepting the revision proposals. I agree with what you most recently wrote here, and I sure hope you won't have to try summoning staff members again just for this.
I don't recall anything else that needs to be added. The Noise Update was almost a year ago.
Just read my first reply to this thread to see my own ideas I added to the discussion when this topic was fresh in my mind.
