The AP calculation is wrong.

You need to multiply the Fmpa by 1000000 to convert it to N/m^2 and then multiply that by the area of glass destroyed in square meters to get newtons. Finally you would multiply that by the thickness of the glass in meters to get the work in Joules.

Also, at the beginning you say that the radius of his fist is 100 px, but then you say that his fist is 145 pixels wide and 109 pixels long. I don't know if I'm missing something or if there's an image missing that you forgot to upload.
