Body Control, for starters, definitely. You know, because of it's stretch and chomp attack.

He can spit out a (almost like) poisonous gas, stretch out for a long range attack, spit out a ball of spikes. Does that work? His final smash is just "summoning" Petey Piranha.

well if we do make a piranha plant page it may have more then what has currently been shown cause smash piranha plant has already shown. Body Control, Poison Manipulation, Metal Manipulation (spits metallic spike balls), Summoning (Petey Piranha), Flight.
and it seems to be capable of morphing into other types from its species while using their abilities which could grant it other powers such as;
Ice Manipulation, Fire manipulation, Lightning Manipulation, ink Manipulation, Energy Manipulation, Plant Manipulation (petal blast), Thorn Manipulation (grows thorns over its body), Hp Drain, sleep inducement, Elasticity (capable of stretching its stem),transmutation (S,crow Dust transforms opponents into scarecrows which makes foes only capable of using moves that require magic), Minion summoning (capable of spitting nipper spores creating Fiery walking piranha, some spores even have spikes), fire resistance (immune to fire in bone piranha form), capable of burrowing in the ground.

Thwre should be profiles for more of Bowser's Minions anyways. Shy Guys in particular can be pretty hax since they've shown the ability to transfprm into their sub-types, which is where the real variety comes from

I think it's time now. These also show more powers/abilities for Piranha Plant.
It's tier would be 9-B like other fodder enemies such as Goomba and Koopa.
