Seriously, this form has exactly one fight on screen under his belt, he uses flight once and doesn't Spam Ki blasts very long, and goes CQC immediately after.

Thanos having a sword helps as well nonetheless.

He also has all of his father's skills inherited, so yeah, he is skilled.

The amount of fights is not a reason for that when he literally got everything his dad had, using flight once doesn't change much about that, spamming it at all would give him an advantage, and CQC wouldn't be one-sided as you seem to be implying.

The sword is... shitty design wise, rule of cool or not I cannot see any possible way Thanos could hit Piccolo in a meaningful way (due to his Regenerationn) with needing to make wide, predictible movements. Unless you're saying that Piccolo would just go at it when it starts going helicopter, which he wouldn't do.

Piccolo is definitely skilled. Saying that he would get dominated in CQC is overestimating Thanos by a lot. But ok.
