Soooo Mac does have more experience in a fight, however, and is used to fighting opponents bigger and stronger than him. So this seems interesting to say the least.

Yea, Mac vastly outexperiences here, and has plenty of experience boxing higher foes. Not to mention, in 9-C and 9-B, AP matters less than the location of your hits. One strong hit to the jaw can cause a lot of damage, regardless of AP values.

Yeah that's sorta what I thought. Mac has tooooo much experience with opponents bigger and stronger than this isn't gonna be a problem for him, unfortunately.
