I don't think that the phoenix could even touch the Phoenix force due to the latter's abstact existance. I have to say inconclusive due to neither seeming to have the ability to touch each other.

I can't remember PF ever fighting someone with large size type 9. I know her range says multiversal+ but for the life of me I cannot remember a single instance where she did something on that level.
