Son of neptune final cover-cropped
-This is Luke at his Jedi Knight level (around Return of the Jedi)
This is Percy at his strongest level (without the Curse of Achilles)

-Speed equalized

-R1: both fighters are armed with lightsabers in New Rome. No prep or allies

-R2: both fighters ared with swords (Percy with Riptide, Luke with a borrowed, yet sharpened sword) in Naboo. Half hour prep

R3: Hand to hand comabt and each can use their own powers

Luke would win, he can manipulate percy's blood and he also can choke him to the death with force choke

BTW This Return of the jedi version vs Classic Percy

Are we using the current 'Disney' canon version of Luke here? Or the way more OP Legends version? 'Cause if so Percy should take it in rounds 2 - 3 with ease. In round 1 Percy would be fighting with a weapon he's not accustomed to. However if his sword fighting skills translate over to Lightsaber combat (as they should) then it should be much closer. Also considering that Percy can still use all of his other abilites to overwhelm or even to simply drown Luke then he may even take round 1. I mean physically Percy is superior to Luke in almost every way. He's also just as quick (argubably quicker) than Luke in combat and reaction speed (remember his FTE combat feats.). This should allow Percy to take the win in this fight (and all it's rounds).

If were using the Legends version of Luke then it's a stomp in Luke's favour.
