Was watching the trailer for It Chapter 2 while doing an RP where I have the powers of Wallachia and it occured to me these are both mass murdering monsters who periodically show up in small towns and take on the form of their victim's fears. And they're both tier 7 and have a decent amount of hax.

Alright, so one has type 8, and the other has type 9, how exactly do they kill eachother or put the other down?

I'm assuming that they don't kill each other.

Also Wallachia's type 8 is dependent on reforming from rumors so if the night is outlasted then he would be incapped until he can manifest from the rumors somewhere else.

Not for long. I'm only here to remind everyone that Penny's manifestation is eventually going up to High 7-A and gaining new powers.

Other than that, I don't have the time and energy to get into this right now. Especially since it and every other Pennywise match are probably going to be removed once the stupid DT revisions are finally put into motion.
