Dude, Penny mind haxxed Monika and it wasn't a stomp.

I will admit I'm leaning towards Penny, even though I dunno how Penny is gonna get past that Regen.

Yeah, Pennywise is going to mindhax him in this form.

Its best powers have always been mental, and in its true form, it's much more likely to use those due to lacking any true physical body. Assuming he can even get past its passive (which drives you insane and kills you the instant you look at it), then he still has to worry about its active mindhax, which the Losers could barely deal with even after Maturin (and later Gan) amped their psychic powers so that they were capable of combating it.

Even if you start them far enough away from each other that Anim won't be affected by the passive, it can quite literally pull his mind into the Deadlights from whatever current position he's in.
