I think that’s on sight and Tosen is blind so … not exactly sure is Pennywise’s perception manip would work to bypass the sight issue. That said, isn’t Pennywise a smurf? He should high key stomp regardless

Idk, I mean Tosen has High-Low regeneration. Plus, even if we assume that he doesn't resist those, can Pennywise even see him?

Tosen also has:

• Enhanced Stealth Mastery and Enhanced Camouflage (With the Reiatsu Concealing Cloak[6], Kaname can completely negate the emission of his Reiatsu, causing him to become unsensible to even Shinigami[7], he can also intertwine Kido into this cloak which causes him to blend into the environment and conceals his physical appearance[6])

I don't see anything on Pennywise's profile that allows him to see invisible enemies. Also, if this is a stomp, I can switch to another character. I have another candidate in mind.

I dont know anything about Pennywise though his profile seems to be outdated

It's been a while since I read the book, but there was a part where Pennywise caused the kids to be afraid because of a sound he was making in the house on Neibolt street. While it isn't madness manipulation, it is fear manipulation via sound.

Regarding Penny being able to see ghosts, in the novel "Later", a piece of Penny's true form was able to see and even possess ghosts/souls. So it would make sense that his avatar would be able to see souls as well.

I did add the possession part to his true form key (and the passive electricity manipulation); but yeah, I feel like more Pennywise supporters on the site need to read the book to add more stuff to his profile in case I missed some stuff.
