Have you read Seiya´s profile? Seiya has resistance to my Chaos´ haxs. He has for example Resistance to Mind Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Matter Manipulation, Illusions, Dream Manipulation, Life Manipulation & Death Manipulation, Space-Time Manipulation, Existence Erasure and Void Manipulation. Seiya would resist many Chaos´s techniques and wouldn´t get erased so easily by her. I Think Seiya at full power and with his adaptation capacity might be able to defeat Chaos just like Sailor Moon did in the manga.

Has she sealed someone in Seiya's level before, and Seiya at his strongest can become in a state of miracles altering probability in his favour. Im going with reasons above all her Hax are countered by his resistances, and there is nothing stopping him from anaysing her techniques/powers making all her options gone.
