It really depends if Seiya miracles and reactive evolution can work on Bugs toon force. After all he is the king of the toons ( cough cough Popeye).

Bugs was downgraded, so, God Cloth Seiya solos the verse, maybe Bronze Cloth Seiya Vs 6-C Bugs could be more fair, but this became a stomp.

What kind of Regenerationn does Bugs Bunny have? I'm asking because if I remember correctly, Saint Seiya characters can destroy molecules or atoms or something.
