Summary: Pegasus Seiya is tasked to take down Bloom due to being a potential threat to the Saints of Athena and Athena hereself.

^ For one, she has effected beings similar to herself in resistance. Secondly, I believe she actually is stronger ( Being far stronger than someone whom can created at least 20 universes ) , and her base form scales to GD, whom can destroy at least 10-20 universes with just it's breath, and each form massively increases her raw power. However, Bloom wins via Loyal's original reasons , and the fact that Bloom is more than likely stronger.

Yeah... Bloom casually scales ( in her Base form ) an entity whom created the Legendarium woth some implied ease , which can destroy at least 4200 Universes in a lowball ( considering the myths were JUST from Earth, not Alfea [ an place that can arguably can have millions of myth about fantasy , something that isn't outlierish ] , the other realms [ which might have around the same number of myths as either Alfea and Earth ] & planets ) . Yeah... It is a curb in Bloom's favor when the upgrades arrive.
