-Overture Seiya has Canon Seiya powers as well if not the same already

Seiya annihilates with a Pegasus Ryu Sei Ken that annihilates her and bypasses durability and miracles its way to victory. Even imperator doesn't think Sailor Moon can take on God Cloths.
