I believe Parallax has the AP advantage here. He's relative to COIE Anti-Monitor, and Barbatos killed World Forger, who is relative to base Anti-Monitor. And I don't see any ways for Barbatos to get past Parallax's Type 8 immortality, so I'd give it to Parallax.

Alpheus should be higher than base Anti-Monitor. He built the Hypertime and has created a future version of the 52 Multiverse with its own Hypertime. Even weakened, every strike from his hammer bring a universe to life and the Justice League Dark had to create a space for the World Forger and the Monitor to work without shattering the reality beneath them. Anyway, i wonder if ZH Parallax would be immune to Barbatos's dark dreams?
