Barbatos scales to 52 universes while Dan scales to only 36, which according to our very, very illogical 2-C rules means that he one-shots Dan Phantom. Not to mention that he has concept manipulation.

Too bad that he has no resistance to layered Mind Manipulation, Possession, or Time Hax.
