We don't have an exact number for Paper Mario, but he was never even considered for 2-A. Furthermore, PM has no real hax to make up for a difference so unfathomable in power that Flowey merely existing would turn PM into nothingness, so really, this is a stomp in Omega Flowey's favor. :/

"While the exact number is unknown, the sheer number of resets performed by characters such as Flowey, along with the fact that a number composed of 216 'nines' is measurable at the end of the genocide route, would easily put the number in the Multiversal range. Also recreated the multiverse after the player gives up their soul."

Apparently, the 216 nines comprised on the screen and Flowey's countless resets for every single little possibility helps us get an idea of just how many worlds there were. Then, Omega Flowey is a level 9999, while Chara is a level 20 at their absolute, which would make him 499.95x stronger than them. This was apparently enough to warrant him as a finite 2-A before we redefined 2-A as only infinite universes rather than 100^500 and more.

I think that he was a finite 2-A because he was supposed to be nearer to Asriel than Chara. But I also don't think that I ever saw this being used as an argument in a Flowey thread ever since, so maybe it was discarded.

Either way, if Omega Flowey isn't that strong anymore, pardon me, lol.

Easy win for Omega Flowey. He has immeasurable speed to PM's infinite, and I don't see how PM's going to get past SAVE and LOAD. This isn't even mentioning Omega Flowey's energy-related abilities probably match up pretty well against Paper Mario's anyway.

I can't believe I even missed the bold lol. Anyway, Flowey should be able to win for the reasons I stated even if speed is equalized, imo.
