So I've been noticing that some pages (such as the One Piece Admirals, Pain, and Asa Mitaka) aren't following the wiki naming conventions and it makes me have a few questions about how the rules of organization work.

1. Do characters with two independent Multiple Selves need to have both names specified in the title?
2. Do characters that primarily use an alias (or aliases) to cover their real name need to have it in the title as well?
