Ozmas' Low 7-B fire, energy, and lightning should be able to harm other Low 7-B characters. Such attacks typically melt, burn, etc. materials and objects. Why would we assume such attacks would have no effect on a character with the exact same durability? And yes, a Low 7-B energy blast or fire is much more potent than a Low 7-B punch.
