My vote goes to Regulus, from what I've read from the manga, his powers are too hax. I don't even think the Sagittarius Arrow can help Seiya win. Regulus's punch penetrated Radamanthys's armor and bypassed his durability and went through his chest and Regulus also taken away the divine empowerment from Radamanthys's soul that Hades gave him.
