It isn't that complicated. Low Complex Multiverse isn't called "6-11 Dimensional Multiverse", you just know what it means because its requirements dictate the rating. Not everything has to be explained in the title, especially once you get past things like "Planet" and "Universe" level.

If a character has space-time manipulation resistance, they would just not be as affected by an opponent's space-time manipulation. Most of this is very self-explanatory. If someone has resistance to something, it just won't affect them like it would an unprotected opponent.
