If they lost to a High 2-A while transformed but they are still comparable(as in on the same level) then that character should still be High 2-A.

Not in base though since they are only that strong while transformed.

To have resistance to reality warping they must display a resistance to it. For example, if Discord tried to use his reality warping on a character and it didn't effect him/her, that character would be granted resistance to Reality Warping.

Creating/destroying something with a snap is just a level of casualness. Snapping to make a universe is just a Low 2-C (or 3-A, if only creating the physical matter) in AP with Space-time and matter Manipulation.
