Ostrich (Bloodlusted) vs Kamijou Touma

By standard battle assumptions, this is a horrible stomp...
Touma has Massively Hypersonic+ reactions via precognition, and Planet Level AP via imagine breaker. The Ostrich doesn't really have any options here.
Really, this is a dude with reality warping. precognition, and actual versatility vs some ostrich. And that's coming from the guy who made the bird's profile.

Touma's precog and Imagine Breaker only work against supernatural beings and attacks. I don't think an ostrich is supernatural.

Anyways, the Ostrich has superior stats all around and better eyesight. However, Touma should be far more experienced and intelligent by default. And by... you know... not being an Ostrich.
I'd give it to Touma. While the Ostrich is faster, it's not exactly a blitz-worthy difference, and Touma shouuld be able to play around anything the Ostrich can do. He'll likely target the Ostrich's neck or something and cripple it. And having superior eyesight isn't really going to do much in CQC, especially when your brain is smaller than your eyes.

Why should Touma die :|?
He has misfortune debuff from IB which will just not let him die completely (Othinus NT9).
K/O? Gravely damaged by Accelerator => keep fighting consciously (OT3). Gravely damaged by Aureolus=Izzard => IB took over and manifested (OT2). Several billions world? => Just won't break. (NT9).
IB? Not sure. Certainly in Level 6 Shift Experiment of Railgun (Chapter 69, Railgun Manga), the dragons devoured a sphere which was neither magic, nor esper, Supernatural...kinda... The Ostrich in this case should be really supernatural to be able to fight him lol. Wait, can those Dragons attack non-supernatural entities? Hope they can't. (Othinus does not like it, so I don't).
Precognition works against real objects, but I suggest it mainly works against deadly attacks, you might argue that he knew to be fake, therefore he could see which one was real though. (Leivinia vs Touma, the knife trick). Well, he did lose to the Siscon Exorcist Motoharu, but that was not deadly :|.
