What is the calc that makes 20% Deku High 8-C+? If this match uses Volume 5-6 Oscar it should still be fair as according to WoG at that time he was capable of defeating Mercury but stands no chance against Hazel. But Volume 7 Oscar if I remember correctly is probably going to become 8-B after revisions due to scaling.

If that penny calc is right. Even then I did a calculation of Oscar being city block level from useing magic to brake the metal plate he was about to hit and looks like he fragmented or violently fragmented it. But she only problem is I assume it's 6 feet deep like a floor (it probably is) but I don't know without one of those drawing references that will probably be posted by the person who draws concept art

Jus to clarify for Deku's High 8C+ rating. He broke Shin Overhaul's bones and shattered his spikes which are High 8C+ due to being a fusion of two High 8C characters.
