So, I made Order's Last Stand. And it kind of died. And I really don't want to go back to that, so let me just write something quickly. The old story still applies, tho. For those who don't know it (Not everything applies to the current RP):
And now for how we went from one place to another place completely.
The party had reached a powerful enemy, but all of a sudden they felt a strange disturbance. The Being Responsible, on a whim, reversed all time and changed things. There was no longer a multiversal genocide. The merging of all of existence now merged the very beings, similar to an event that had happened in the multiverse at another time in history. Power no longer truly existed, differences in power had become almost insignificant in the grand scheme of things. A similar thing happened to speed, durability, and similar. Theoretically, even a normal human being could defeat a god. However, theoretical and reality are very different. The beings that ruled this new universe were the ones that had things that others didn't. Abilities. Skills. Intelligence. In this new world, these were the things that mattered. However, what remained was The Being Responsible wanted to establish chaos. The fallen gods still appeared where they did initially. However, with the merging of the multiverse, they also merged with a being like everyone else did. The destination is the same, but the journey changed.
Character Creation
Character creation is pretty similar to before. Name, appearence, etc...
You can also give yourself a unique ability (Once again, as per last time) and you also get a character that your merged with. Unlike before, they arn't able to be summoned and instead are part of your power set (i.e. no Stand gimmick).
Their intelligence, skill and similar are a part of your character as well. AP, Dura and Speed are more or less equalized for everyone. You start with 10 each stat, and can add 10 points. The difference is literal, meaning you can literally be exactly 2x stronger in one stat (20 points) or 1.3x stronger in two stats (13 points) while being 1.4x stronger (14 points) in one. It's also heavily recommended to have a theme. You can also sacrifice some parts of stats into others, like being able to have 9 speed so you can put one more point into power. Note that if you have 0 in any one stat,
Both for your character and your ability, try not to have anything above Level 4 or low-end 5 on this chart. Also, try to make it more or less human sized.
Also, please don't make your ability just literally the ability of an existing character. At least have some small changes.
Template:
Name: Your name. Duh.
Appearence: A description of your appearance. Should at least somewhat correlate with the character your combined with. Picture optional.
Ability: Your character's original ability
Character: The character that was combined with whatever your character originally was
Power: How hard your character hits with their abilities
Durability: How much your character can take
Speed: How fast your character is

For entertainment and study, they also had characters fight to the death, undoing any ill effects this would have to their own universes. Even those who saw dimensionless reality as a dream were immensely below them. Truly, there was nothing above them. Or so they thought. Some say that the entities humored the attempt and sent avatars downward. Some say that they were truly effected and that nothing was above all others. Regardless of the true effects of their crusade, the being responsible went on a multiversal genocide, killing all who wished for order. Then, they fused the entire multiverse together into one immeasurably large universe, with themselves at the center of it all, above it all. The spirits of the departed, wishing for order and light, came to the beings. While it was irrelevantly small, the beings still had a small fraction of their power left. This allowed them to fuse one of the spirits with their bodies, and allowing them to psudo-physically manifest them. This also gave them one ability, so that they could fight even without the spirit. With no memories of their past existence, the entities moved to the center or reality to restore order to the multiverse. |
