OPM Orochi minor speed upgrade

It's simple. At the moment, He was the strongest monster there is, he should be comparable or superior to Elder Centipete and Metal Knight who has massively hypersonic speed. Also he was the one that defeated and destroyed Metal Knight as well (Even though Drive Knight believes he lost on purpose).

Also Half Monster Garou who fought Orochi is a version of Garou who had broke one of the walls of his limit, a weaker and more damaged Garou was capable of barely dodging Genos's beams which moves at massively hypersonic speed (Elder Centipete scales to it as well).

I think this should be fine. At the very least, Orochi should be able to surpass the monsters like Elder Centipete.

I'm not too sure about this, but Garou dodges Genos' beams Post-Superfight, and he also dodges them at very close range. I think scaling a weak Garou to Genos' beams Post-Superfight shouldn't be a problem, but we'll have a lot of characters upgraded around Garou.
