Phoenix man should get Biological manipulation and Corruption. He tries to turn Child Emperor into a monster by interacting with his mind based body (his consciousness/mental image/thought body etc etc.), he even had chosen a form for him before he escaped via sheer willpower. His transformations are seemingly biological manipulation as well, becoming a penguin, a falcon, a hawk and a chick in the end.

Overgrown Rover's durability should be increased to at least Mountain+ rather than at least Mountain level. Since he was completely unaffected by Bang and Bomb's combo attack, which was seemingly their ultimate technique together. They attack together with their ultimate martial art technique, more powerful than Whirlwind Water Stream Roaring Aura Sky Ripping Fist which was capable of shattering Elder centipete's entire shell. It should be at least two times stronger (Bang+Bomb) than their current AP (315.12 Megatons of tnt to 630.24 Megatons of tnt). It's also been shown that his durability is way superior to his AP in multiple cases. like Garou being able to survive against his attacks yet not capable of damaging him with his best attack.

I mostly agree but I disagree with the 630 megaton stuff. Just because they both attacked at the same time doesn't necessarily mean their AP will be combined and you need to scale to it to tank.
Our Multipliers page seems to be directly against that line of thinking
For combination attacks, similar standards to multipliers apply. It should not be assumed that a combination attack performed by multiple characters has Attack Potency equal to the sum of the participating characters Attack Potency unless there is specific evidence for it.

It's not a multiplier (it's fine if wiki accepts these as multipliers though), it's a combined attack by both with their ultimate technique. I said 2x because both siblings have the same AP value. He tanks it with no damage.

Also the evidence would be that it's the strongest technique they can leash.

Unless there's specific evidence that the AP doubles when they attack together, it's not assumed to be the case.

That's not evidence that the attacks power doubles. Especially since they don't even attack the same spot on Rovers body.

Stronger than Whirlwind Water Stream Roaring Aura Sky Ripping Fist which they attack the same point at the same time with their own ultimate technique.
Again,

Just because it's a combination attack that's stronger than another combination attack doesn't mean it's AP is equal to the sum of the participating characters AP. Because combination attacks are inherently NOT assumed to be equal to the sum of the participants APs.

Similar arguments were made in a recent Naruto thread and all got rightfully rejected

You could definitely make that argue for what they used on EC but probably not against Rover unless there's direct statement saying it has more raw power.
Simply being their "ultimate" or "strongest" attack doesn't necessarily prove it hits harder given the attacks mechanism.

While the Whirlwind Water Stream whatever is a single strike from both characters, this attack is actually a combo of them hitting the target like a dozen times from both sides. Meaning the force is spread across a far larger area and over a far longer period of time.

Basically what I'm saying is that punching a target over 10x is obviously a greater technique than punching it 2x but doesn't necessarily need to have greater AP.

Murata states the one they used against Rover has more power than "Whirlwind Water Stream whatever (lmao, really long name fr)" the one they used against the centipete, which is accepted in his page as well. He's competely unaffected against it

Yeah it can have more power overall. It's like 15 strikes vs 2 strikes.

The issue I have with that is, the power is spread across a much larger area within a much larger timeframe. And this is a pretty massive difference in the techniques mechanics which makes it impossible to simply say it has 630 megaton AP. In other words, even if the technique does let's say 4.5 gigatons in total, that energy is spread across let's say 15 strikes all of which hit a different spot making each strike only 300 megatons.

Meaning Rower isn't actually tanking 4.5 gigatons, he's tanking 300 megatons many times on many different parts of its body
