A simple Argument from me is :
We have seen so many scenes about Kizaru and Laser in One Piece, it clearly shows us that there is an inconsistency between the speed when Kizaru turning into a light and when he became the light, let's use the scene above, we saw Luffy already move -+5 meter while Kizaru hasn't made his move yet, therefore we can conclude that Kizaru is not in the speed of light yet.
I wonder whether the calc team read the Manga and watch the Anime or they just believe what One Piece supporter says, it is also the case with the height of Marineford, how can it be more than 2.5km when a Sanjuan wolf who is 181m nearly as tall as Marineford.
